Mr AmeerAhamedis the Chairman and Group Managing Director, Manappat Group of Companies which has a presence in India, UAE, KSA, Oman and UK. He has a diverse portfolio of businesses which is run successfully through a personalized professional approach and team work, maintaining a family culture of inter dependence, ethical and moral values. He is a re-engineering specialist whotakes over sick companies which can be revived and made it into profitable ventures. He was also awarded Outstanding Entrepreneur Award by Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation, 2011.

In spite of his busy schedule in running group companies, Mr AmeerAhamed gets involved in social causes like Education, Health, Interest-free Microfinance, Market linked skills development and mentoring young entrepreneurs.

Born in Kerala, he studied at St. Thomas College, Trichurand Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. During his student days he was an avid sportsperson and community organiser.

Professor ParvaizTalib is Dean and Chairman at Faculty of Management Studies & Research, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He holds MBA and Ph.D in the area of Stress Management and has teaching experience of more than 25 years. He has expertise in the areas of Stress Management, Strategy, CSR and Human Resource Management.

He has published papers in national and international journals of repute and also written in various newspapers in India. His special interest lies in Counselling and Guidance of students. He trains students, young teachers and corporate professionals in Communication Skills and Personality Development.

He has served as the Coordinator of Mallapuram Campus of AMU; Director of University Coaching Guidance Cell and Officer on Special Duty for the prestigious project of New Management Complex (NMC) in AMU, built through Donors' support. In coordination with Mr AmeerAhamed, he is instrumental in assessing and finalising the programmes to be undertaken under Vision 2040 project.

Dr. Shah Mohammad Shadab is a pioneering scientist and Managing Director of Next Sense Technologies, an innovative chemical science and engineering company that develops environment-friendly industrial solutions. He is also the Managing Editor of the Journal of Advance Science, Environment and Medicine. Dr. Shadab has led two UGC major research projects in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, and won Young Scientist Fellowship. He is widely recognized in academic circles for his pioneering work in formulating eco-friendly building materials and devising low-cost solutions for neutralizing industrial toxins and waste.

Beyond his business and academic endeavours, Dr. Shadab is a well-known social activist and educationist. He is Chief Functionary at Hamara Schools, an innovative network of free Informal Primary Schools targeting children from impoverished neighborhoods. He is also the President of Aligarh Islamic School, one of the early adopters of hybrid models of traditional and modern learning.

Saif is a community organiser at heart with an experience of working as an innovation consultant, designing behaviour change strategies, data science workflows and digital health technologies, and experiential learning design at various global development and social innovation organizations including International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI), Sightsavers International, Medha Corp., Sambhav, etc. He also worked briefly as a journalist at the Hindustan Times in New Delhi.

On the weekends, he teaches Usul al-Hadith and Usul al-Fiqh at the Indian Institute of Islamic Studies, and Tafsir at home. He belongs to Uttar Pradesh and holds a master's degree in journalism and mass communication from Aligarh Muslim University, a PG Diploma in Islamic Studies from Islami Academy, and a bachelor's in computer science and engineering from DhirubhaiAmbaniInsititute of Information and Communication Technology.

He has also studied traditional Islamic studies in Saudi Arabia and India, and presented at international conferences at reputed institutions such as Columbia University, JamiaMilliaIslamia, etc. Saif has conceptualised and implemented the Innovation lab at Vision 2040.

Praveesh Hassan, a Mechanical Engineer and Masters in Business Administration, established Win Management Services in 1996. He completed his Engineering from AMU, India in the year 1991. Further, he completed MBA from Queensland University of Technology, Australia with an exchange program from Rensellear Polytechnic Institute, USA in the year 1995.

Praveesh Hassan has 20 years of experience in the field of management consulting and has strong expertise in Innovation and Strategy. He has advised more than 500 companies in key expertise areas of Gamechanging Innovations and Business Strategy. He has in-depth exposure in various industrial verticals and functional domains.

Siraj A Abbasi is an astute Business Leader with over 24 years of experience in managing large organizations in service sectors and education. He is the founder CEO of Kiddox Education which provides solutions for operation and management for Pre-K to K12 schools. Prior to this he has worked as Chief Operation Officer; Regional Head, Circle Head and Area Head with different Indian and Multinational Telecom and FMCG companies.

Siraj has minutely understood the education sector and has networked with some of the leading services providers in the domain across infrastructure, training, program management and overall development possibilities for our Kids. He is providing necessary expertise and guidance in conceptualisation and implementation of different programs run as part of Vision 2040 project.
